FUNDRAISING EVENT COMMITTEES/VOLUNTEERS
Fundraising at Saint John Berchmans School allows us to maintain our facilities, increase our scholarship program and offer our students the most effective educational tools available. Our major events include Fall Fest, Guardian Angel Gala and the Glimmer Auction. These events require hours of preparation. Fundraising committees serve as vehicles for obtaining donations as well as publicizing the event to the larger community. The success of our events depends on the committee’s dedication. These meetings are conducted in English.
Event volunteers are a key component of the success of every event. Tasks vary, but can include: cooking, serving, decorating, set-up and clean-up.
