SJB School uses an online database system called RenWeb to track attendance, grades, student data, and is used for communication with parents and staff. To log into/create your RenWeb account, click on the RenWeb logo to the left. All documents and pertinent school information can be accessed through RenWeb, as well as lesson plans and homework for each student! PLEASE NOTE: Our district code is SJB-IL.
Our tuition tracking system is also done completely online. To create/access your FACTS account, click on https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4HR05.

Lend a Hand
As a part of your ongoing commitment to SJB, all school families are required to volunteer time. Please look for opportunities in the regular school communications, or call the school office to inquire.
The Archdiocesan Office for Protection of Children and Youth requires that individuals who volunteer in Catholic schools must meet specific compliance guidelines. The guidelines are listed below. Links to all necessary registrations and documents in GREEN.
- Online Criminal Background Check (eApps)
What is this? A 1-time national background check. Re-checks are conducted automatically. Criminal background checks are not completed for volunteers under the age of 18.
How do I complete it? Complete an eApps online criminal background check application before being accepted as a volunteer. Applicant cannot begin volunteering until background check approval has been received. - VIRTUS / Protecting God’s Children
What is this? 1-time 3 hour training for adults. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to attend. All participants must pre-register online.
How do I complete it? Register online at www.virtus.org, and attend a session within 60 days of beginning service. Certificate of attendance collected at site. - Code of Conduct
What is this? An acknowledgement of appropriate and acceptable behaviors for adults working with minors.
How do I complete it? Print out and sign your acknowledgement of reading and understanding the document. PLEASE NOTE: There are acknowledgement signature pages for lay employees / volunteers, deacons and religious men and women. If you are a lay person volunteering for SJB, you only need to sign the employee / volunteer page. Return the completed form to the school office. - Department of Children and Family Services’ Child Abuse and Neglect Tracking System (CANTS)
What is this? An application reviewed ANNUALLY by DCFS for abuse and neglect offenses.
How do I complete it? Print out and complete form and submit to school office.
